Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- United Kingdom orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders in the European Union may be processed and shipped within 3 to 11 business days. Account for 3 to 17 business days for orders to any other locations. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotions.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard shipping options. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost before completing the checkout.
Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £100. Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information.
Domestic and International Shipping:
- We currently offer shipping within the UK and to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Orders to countries outside of the UK are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the UK and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If in any doubt please check with your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processes.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
